Our Expertise
We bring over two decades of proven experience in delivering high-quality construction solutions across Malaysia. Our expertise lies in managing complex reinforced concrete (RC) works and delivering cost-effective, timely results across various project scopes.

Top Down Construction
Top-down construction needs precise coordination between excavation and structural work. Limited space, complex sequencing, and the need for strong temporary supports make the process difficult. This method is applied in our KLCC project which achieve 7000m3 concrete casting in our record.

RC Column
Casting an RC column over 30 meters high is challenging due to the need for strong and stable formwork and controlled concrete placement to prevent segregation.

Cantilever RC Slab
Constructing a cantilever slab need to control deflection and it requires precise reinforcement detailing, strong anchorage at the fixed end, and careful formwork setup to handle the unbalanced load. The highest record in shoring installation in IRC Builder is 17.5m high.

Transfer Floor
Building a transfer floor consists of heavy loads and its complex design. It uses thick slabs or deep beams with tightly packed reinforcement, which makes installation and concreting more demanding and strong temporary support systems are required during construction.

Spiral Ramp
Spiral Ramp consists of curved and sloped geometry, which requires precise layout, complex formwork, and custom-bent reinforcement. The tight space and continuous elevation make access and material handling difficult. Accurate alignment is crucial to ensure consistent gradient, proper function, and effective drainage along the spiral path.

Climbing Formwork
Corewall climbing formwork allows faster construction by enabling continuous vertical progress without dismantling and reassembling formwork. The system improves safety by providing stable working platforms and reduces crane dependency. It also ensures high precision in core wall alignment and minimizes labor needs on-site.

Installation of Precast Bubbledeck Slab
This is challenging due to the precise placement of bubble modules and reinforcement cages. Lifting and handling the prefabricated panels must be done with high accuracy to ensure each panel aligns correctly and fits seamlessly with the others. Even slight misalignment can cause gaps or uneven joints, affecting structural integrity.

Installation of Precast Hollow Core Slab
Hollow core slabs require precise lifting and placement, as they are prone to cracking if mishandled. On-site changes are limited, so openings must be pre-planned. Proper joint grouting and close coordination with suppliers are essential for smooth installation.

Installation of Precast Drainage Item
Installation of Drainage Item such as L wall, U Drain and Open Drain. The installation works includes apply geotextile and grouting to all jointing of precast item.

Self-Climbing Platform (SCP)
SCP system is a safety enclosure used in high-rise construction. It features large panels that shield multiple floors, offering fall protection and wind resistance. Our first SCP was installed at The Light City project, where it climbs automatically using hydraulic jacks, moving floor by floor without crane support.
