Employee Health & Wellness
IRC Builder comply with Malaysia’s Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA 1994) by registering all construction sites with DOSH and appointing certified Safety and Health Officers (SHO) for major projects. For our foreign workers, we ensure mandatory health screenings through FOMEMA before employment. All necessary permits and safety documentation are in place, forming the foundation of our commitment to a safe and healthy work environment.
Community Engagement
IRC Builder support local communities by hiring workers from nearby areas, creating job opportunities and reducing travel risks. We also provide on-site training in key skills like rebar installation and formwork.
